Installation Information…
The following information gives you an understanding of what a standard installation is.
What’s included in the standard installation cost…
All system prices shown on our website include the installation of that product as follows:
- > Installation of your chosen system in a position best for Wi-Fi reception
- > Installation to brickwork, soffits, wooden fencing, UPVC, etc
- > Fitting up to 12 feet / 4 metres high
- > Fitting of separate solar panel (as required) with cable clips, tidy & make good
- > Connection of the camera to your Wi-Fi Router / Cellular Connection
- > Testing of the camera for full operation within the App
- > Demonstration of the App and camera to customer
- > Ensuring everything works well before leaving
What’s not included in the standard installation cost…
These are some of the things that are not included in our standard installation service:
- > Underground cabling
- > Redecoration
- > Building work
- > Removal of floor boards, carpet lifting / carpet laying
- > Erecting poles
- > Steel trunking/capping
- > Exceptionally high ceilings/walls (greater than 4 metres)
- > Drilling through walls thicker than 300mm
What you need to have available on installation day…
You will need to be able to provide the following:
- > A strong and stable Wi-Fi network
- > Your WiFi password (you can type this in yourself)
- > Either a Google Play Store or Apple App Store account to download App
- > A reasonably new smartphone or tablet
- > A nearby power supply (not required for solar powered systems)
Extras…
You might want to consider the following extras to add to your installation:
- > A Micro SD Card – these allow you to save your CCTV videos, we’ll give you latest prices
- > Quarterly/Annual Servicing – keep your CCTV in tip-top condition, price on application
Remember if you want us to install more than one system on the day, your overall price will be discounted!
